1. Your Cancellation Rights

Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods (or the last item in a multi-item order). This is known as the "cooling-off period."


How to Cancel: Notify us in writing (e.g., via email to TBC ). Include your order number, details of the items, and reason for cancellation.

Return Deadline: Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.


Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. We may deduct from your refund if the goods are diminished in value due to handling beyond what's necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.



Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs (if applicable). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage (whichever is sooner).

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If the mobile phone you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described:


Notification: Contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, repair, or replacement (at your choice, subject to availability).


After 6 Months: You must prove the fault existed at delivery for remedies under the Consumer Rights Act.


Warranties: The software on the phone has been changed completely and will not be accepted by the original manufacturer when it was originally made.

We may require evidence, such as photos or return of the item for inspection.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return


Step 1: Contact our customer service team at TBC or TBC with your order details and reason for the request.


Step 2: If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.


Step 3: Securely package the item and include the RMA number. Ship to TBC


Tracking: Use a tracked shipping service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Process



Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.



Timeline: Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or approving the request.



Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty items or our error. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.

5. Exceptions to Refunds

Items that have been used, damaged by you, or not in resalable condition.



Sealed goods (e.g., software or accessories) where the seal is broken, for hygiene or safety reasons.
