This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including processing times, delivery options, costs, and other important details. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK), including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands.
For international shipping (outside the UK), please contact us at TBC to check availability and rates. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed at the end of the day of receiving payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We will notify you via email if there are any delays due to high demand, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for mobile phone orders to ensure the item is ensured during transit and also to get your phone to you faster.
Smaller items will use Royal Mail 48 service.
These times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. We comply with UK consumer laws, ensuring delivery within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method:

All costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not charge hidden fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Lost Items: If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.
Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 48hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days, and we will correct the error at no additional cost.
